Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. To exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be in unused condition. Examples include:
- Body-worn products must be in unopened packaging
- Creams, ointments, and similar products must have a sealed lid
Returning certain items, such as pacifiers and bottle nipples, is not possible, as we cannot verify if these items have been used.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us via live chat or email and indicate that you wish to return an item. Remember to include your order number and the product name or item number.
- Place the product securely in a box suitable for shipping—preferably the same box you received the item in.
- Print the return label we send to you via email and affix it to the package.
- Drop off the package at a PostNord pick-up point or post office.
Your Right of Withdrawal
Under the Consumer Contracts Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item or the last item in an order with multiple deliveries. To use your right of withdrawal, you must inform us within the 14 days and follow the return procedure described above.
The package must be handed over to the postal service or a carrier who assumes responsibility for delivery before the deadline. If the package is not collected within the specified deadline at the pick-up point/post office, it will be considered a cancellation of the order, and you will be responsible for the return shipping.
Liability for Deterioration of Goods
You are only liable for the depreciation of the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods. You may test the item in the same way you would in a physical store.
If the item is used beyond this, you may receive only a partial or no refund, depending on the commercial value of the item.
Refund of Purchase Price
In the event of withdrawal from the purchase, the purchase price will be refunded to your payment card or bank account without any cost. Any depreciation for which you are liable will be deducted from the amount. We will refund the amount no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice and either receiving the item or proof of return.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back unless you provide proof of return before then. It is recommended to include a copy of the order confirmation and any correspondence to expedite processing.
If an order sent to a parcel shop/post office is not collected in time – or cannot be delivered to your address – and is therefore returned to us, we will refund the order amount in accordance with our terms, but you are responsible for paying DKK 49 for the return shipment, which will be deducted from the refund.
If you, within a period of 3 months, have failed to collect 3 or more orders – or have provided an address to which delivery could not be made – we reserve the right to deduct an administration fee of DKK 29 for future returns for the same reason. This fee covers additional handling, warehousing, and administrative work related to repeated returns. The fee will likewise be deducted from the refund made to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for items, such as incorrect sizes. Instead, you should return the item and place a new order for the desired size. Feel free to contact us via chat or email for assistance with the return and new order.
