How discreet it is to shop at Dalille?

It is very discreet to shop with us. We do not share your information with anyone other than the shipping company and your goods are sent in a cardboard box, shipping bag or envelope that only says "Priverv". The package is therefore completely anonymous and no one will be able to guess what is in it.

What will be on the bank statement in the bank?

Your bank statement in the bank will simply say "SP*PRIVERV". So don’t worry, no one will be able to see what you bought or where you bought from.

 

How do I get free delivery?

We offer free delivery on all orders over 250 DKK, 340 SEK or €34. In addition, delivery to PostNord costs Parcel shop / Parcel box only 29 DKK, 40 SEK or €4 in Denmark, Sweden, Belgium, Finland, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany.

 

A product is sold out or not available in my size?

We recommend that you contact us so that we can check the current stock status for you. In some cases, we have items in stock that have not yet been listed. Alternatively, the item may be reserved or pre-ordered.

  

Can I regret my purchase?

Of course you can! You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your package from us. If you want to regret your purchase, we will send you everything you need and help you as best we can. You can read more about cancellation and return in ourRefund Policy.
